The source of harm was rainwater. The affected areas included the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The materials that were affected were in the dining and living rooms. The carpet flooring was damaged and couldn’t be uninstalled. Since the home was constructed in the’78, we recommended the homeowner to conduct an asbestos test.

Our technicians ran pre-mold testing to determine mold growth. Although we couldn’t see visible mold, there’s a high possibility of gradual mold growth. The moisture source was a result of beach proximity and wet conditions due to spills. We needed to use mold removal equipment and goods.
