The source of harm was rainwater. The affected areas included the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The materials that were affected were in the dining and living rooms. The carpet flooring was damaged and couldn’t be uninstalled. Since the home was constructed in the’78, we recommended the homeowner to conduct an asbestos test.
